Foods That May Be Unhealthy. Don't Eat Them

1. Cereal

Cereal raises my blood sugar more than ice cream.

2. Muffins

How many parents/kids think muffins is healthier than donuts.

3. Fruit Juices

Fruit juice without sugar is trash. Sugar without fiber.

4. Banana Chips

Gas station banana chips in bags. They look air-dried. However, hydrogenated oils deep-fry them.

5. Granola Bars

Granola bars are unhealthy, but you need three to obtain the same sugar as a candy bar.

6. White Bread

I tried white bread in the US, and they make cake sandwiches. That's crazy sweet.

7. Protein Bar

Protein bars. Most are sugary. There are a few good low-sugar brands.

8. Nutella

Nutella. It's like frosting, but less healthful.

9. Yogurt

Flavored yogurt. I buy 1-liter jugs with 100 grams of sugar.

10. Smoothies

Innocent smoothies. They're full of fruit yet sugary.
