As an added bonus, cauliflower contains no fat, cholesterol, or salt.
Cauliflower rice, cauliflower tacos, and cauliflower soup with carrots are all nutritious options.
7. Sweet potato
You may make a pizza crust out of sweet potatoes, or a hash with sweet potatoes and beets.
After all, fiber-rich skin is where most of vegetable is found.
